From 1 to 10 teams without losing the plot
Led the product function of an automotive OTA vehicle update platform, scaling from one to ten product managers and teams — growing data, API, embedded, and developer experience workstreams while maintaining team health and delivery performance.
An IoT product. Four paying customers. 12 months.
Built and launched an IoT battery management product from scratch within budget and on time, with four paying early adopters — combining connected vehicle capabilities, SaaS architecture, and B2B go-to-market from day one.
250 people. One shared direction.
Designed the organisational and technical strategy for a large European autonomous driving cooperation — applying an Inverse Conway Maneuver to reduce dependencies, then aligning VP-level leadership down to team leads and ramping up 20+ teams.
